About Me

Valeria Brigatti is a freelancer whose competences range from web design to accessibility issues in digital publishing.
She spent the past years contributing to the deployment of solutions for visually impaired users to access mathematics and scientific contents in digital documents. Thus, she gained a remarkable knowledge of MathML, accessible PDFs, and the DAISY format.

She loves coding XHTML+CSS from PSD graphics. She is an expert user of the open source CMS Drupal and of its theming system, with which she designs and develops websites (also e-commerce websites). She likes WordPress, (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and WAI-ARIA.

She likes translating to/from English and has localized the Italian version of the MathPlayer plug-in for IE by Design Science Inc.
